Hot Water Powered Liquified Propane Gas Vaporizer

We offer propane hot water vaporizers with a capacity of 100 to 2000 kg/h manufacture Korea Gas Engineering. LPG vaporizers for chemical industry, Glass Factory, Power Plants, Metallurgical Factor, Industrial Plant, Sweet Factory.

The Feed-Out Hot Water LPG Vaporizer is a specialized system engineered to safely convert liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from its liquid phase at the inlet into a stable gaseous state at the outlet. Utilizing advanced water-based heating technology, this model ensures efficient vaporization while prioritizing maximum operational safety, adhering to rigorous standards for secure and reliable performance throughout the process.

The liquid that facilitates LPG evaporation flows through a water system heated by a gas boiler. The boiler's power is determined by the vaporizer's capacity. Hot water can be supplied from an existing boiler room or hot water process or from a separate boiler room. The most effective solution is the autonomous use of water powered lpg vaporizer together with an outdoor boiler installed in a container -  LPG vaporizers station

Water LPG Vaporizer

The water LPG vaporizer KWV series is an innovative, highly reliable device engineered for consistent and efficient vaporization of LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) employing an indirect water bath heating technology. The KWV vaporizer guarantees a continuous gas supply under different environmental challenges. Designed for commercial and industrial use, it offers automatic, safe, and energy-efficient performance with few maintenance requirements.

Developed to comply with international safety and performance standards, this model particularly qualifies for large-scale gas distribution, standby capacitance, emergency power generation, and heating systems. The KWV line ensures a steady gas output irrespective of ambient temperature or volatile demands by transforming LPG liquid to vapor through a thoroughly controlled water bath process. This aspect makes it a main element in reliable energy infrastructure, where safety and performance requirements are immensely important.

The KWV Water Bath Vaporizer LPG System Operating Peculiarities

The KWV vaporizer operation concept runs by submerging a heat exchanger coil, through which liquid LPG is delivered, into a temperature-controlled water container. The water is heated by steam coils or electric elements and fulfills the function of a thermal buffer, providing uniform heat transfer and compensation for sudden temperature jumps.

Such an indirect way of heating offers many competitive edges that include thermal stability, maintaining a constant temperature, equipment protection, reducing thermal shocks, and safe performance, omitting direct flame.

This method enables the water bath vaporizer LPG system to operate continuously even in cold climates or during unforeseen fluctuations in gas supply demand. The KWV’s water vessel retains heat very effectively, not allowing abrupt or temporary power supply interruptions to affect vaporization quality immediately, and thus providing a critical buffer in any sensitive equipment.

Advantages of the KWV Series

The KWV line has been specifically designed for large-scale industrial use. With heavy-duty construction and a cutting-edge control system, this model provides high operational efficiency and low maintenance needs. The key operational benefits are as follows:

  • High vaporization capacity. Provides consistent loads in power-consuming facilities.

  • Automatic temperature control. The unit is equipped with real-time sensors for water pressure and temperature.

  • Integral test equipment. The built-in diagnostics are developed to detect system faults in advance to prevent possible failures.

  • Durable materials. Coils for extended service performance and corrosion-resistant tanks offer excellent durability in system operation.

  • Compatibility. Adaptable to steam and electric heating methods.

All KWV vaporizers have been developed to integrate easily into existing industrial gas facilities, creating an opportunity for scalable deployment and remote supervision via automation systems.

The KWV Water Bath System: Safety Measures

The requirements for safety in industrial gas systems are paramount. The KWV models have been integrated with multiple safety tools that monitor LPG flow and the heating medium (water).

The integral safety mechanism comprises over-temperature shutoff for heating elements, low water level detection and automatic shutdown, pressure relief valves to protect against overpressure, emergency manual shutdown switch, and visual and audible alarms for system faults.

Such a system allows for the KWV automated performance without a need for constant user intervention, making it perfect for facilities working 24/7.

KWV Vaporizers: Typical Applications

Because of their high reliability and capacity, KWV vaporizers are applied in industries where a steady gas supply is significant to maintaining performance and personnel safety. They are particularly important where high amounts of vaporized LPG must be delivered uninterruptedly to multiple downstream consumers. As a rule, conventional application areas include the following:

  • Central LPG distribution hubs.

  • Fuel delivery for huge industrial burners and furnaces.

  • Electric power plants with LPG-fed engines and turbines.

  • Emergency power systems for data centers and hospitals.

  • CHP (combined heat and power) units.

  • Material drying and petrochemical processing facilities.

Since the water bath LPG vaporizer system supports a consistent supply, it contributes to efficient combustion and energy conversion across a versatile range of applications.

Installation, Maintenance, and Working Lifespan

Regardless of its robust design, the KWV series has been developed for easy installation and service. The system is introduced as a compact, pre-assembled device that can be deployed with little effort. All key components are within easy reach, and the layout is leveraged for preventive maintenance inspections.
